The storage facility is located on the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire borders.
It's ideally positioned for Silverstone, with London and Birmingham approximately one hour drive away. The facility is in a rural location situated ten minutes from junction 14, M1 and approximately twenty minutes from Junction 10, A1.

The area is well served by the mainline railway networks. Milton Keynes and Bedford stations are situated within 15 minutes, both are attended by local taxi companies.

The site has good vehicular access with the building being positioned well away from the public highway. It is accessed via a private road.
